With over 18 years of quality work in the UK's voluntary and public sectors, Michelle Stratford can offer a wide variety of skills and experience to  voluntary sector organisations in the UK's East Midlands region and beyond and is currently contracted by Communities in Partnership in Leicester as Consortia Development Officer, developing existing and new partnership working as formal consortia and networks within the local voluntary sector.

Combining the best of both worlds - strategic, well thought through approaches to planning and delivery, together with creativity and passion - professionalism and integrity are at the heart of all that is delivered, including:

Capacity building and system development

All work benefits from a solid foundation laid in strategic, but also creative communications, enhanced by extensive training design and delivery and further consolidated in community health, working within the diverse communities of Leicester and Leicestershire.

Currently contracted as Consortia Development Officer for the local Transforming Local Infrastructure Programme.

Working with partnership colleagues to develop collaboration training and resources for the local NFP sector.

Engaged as mentee on Aspire Foundation’s leadership mentoring scheme for women in the NFP sector.

Qualified as PRINCE2 Registered Practitioner.

Fantastic day at Aimia, home to the Nectar loyalty scheme, shadowing the PRINCE2 project management team, looking at tailoring PRINCE2 for small not for profits.
